At AKY Organics, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
Unworn or unused
In its original packaging
With all tags attached
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If the product has been used but you still wish to request a refund, we can offer a 50% refund, and you may keep the product.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopifywork15@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products cannot be returned, including:
🚫 Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
🚫 Custom/personalized items
🚫 Personal care & beauty products
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
🚫 Sale items or gift cards (Non-refundable)

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, feel free to contact us for clarification.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
